Where will I be in 5 Years?

In the next five years I have a goal to walking up to receive my bachelor’s degree in English. I want to earn this degree to give myself the best set of skills to teach others the English language. I figure the more I know it the better I can explain it to others. With that education behind me i want to teach English overseas particularly in Asia. I want to travel to Japan, Korea, China and Thailand teaching people English as I go. It has taken me a while to learn that what I enjoy most is helping others and this is one great way to do it. The journey will be tough for me as I am working full time and trying to take a full load of classes at night and online. I’ve recently read an article about mindsets and feel I’m am some weird hybrid of fixed and growth. I believe I have an innate intelligence level, but I also have the work ethic to apply myself and work hard at learning new information. But with this I also suffer from the downfalls of a fixed mindset in that I don’t take low test results well. I suddenly think I’ve done something wrong because I’ve done well most of the time I am really caught off guard when suddenly I’m not getting 90% or better results. I think to move forward I have to be more forgiving of myself and realize I am now at a higher education level learning completely new things and it won’t come as easy as high school.
